Welcome to NoseEase, a product by All Things Influential ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services related to the sale of NoseEase magnetic nasal strips ("Product").

By accessing or using our website and/or purchasing our product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our site or placing an order.

1. Eligibility

       You must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement of a parent or guardian to use this site and make purchases.

2. Product Use Disclaimer

      NoseEase is a non-medical wellness product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a         healthcare professional before using if you have any medical conditions or are under treatment. Use at your own discretion.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders will be processed once full payment is received.

  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment methods may include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to ship within 1–3 business days of receiving your order.

  • Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is opened or used.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 3 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days after approval.

6. Limitation of Liability

All Things Influential shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of NoseEase. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the product.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how your personal information is collected, used, and protected. By using our website, you consent to our privacy practices.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including but not limited to logos, images, product descriptions, and design, is the property of All Things Influential and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
