We are committed to delivering your NoseEase Magnetic Nasal Strips quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy for all the details regarding order handling, delivery times, and shipping costs.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within India.
For metro cities, deliveries are faster (approximately 3-4 days).
For remote areas, please allow up to 7 days.

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 will be charged.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at a flat fee of ₹60, where applicable.

4. Delivery Partners

We have partnered with trusted courier services like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking ID and tracking link.
You can track your shipment in real time.

6. Delays and Exceptions

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or courier issues beyond our control.
In case of any unusual delay, our support team will proactively reach out to you.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
Incorrect information can cause delays or unsuccessful deliveries.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
