Returns
Due to the nature of our product (personal health and hygiene related), we currently do not accept returns once the packaging has been opened or tampered with.
Unopened, unused products may be eligible for a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.
Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.

If rejected (due to used or damaged items), we will notify you and the product will be sent back at your expense.
Non-Refundable Items

Opened or used products.

Items returned after 7 days of delivery.

Products purchased during a clearance sale or with a discount coupon (unless damaged or defective).
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging at [support@noseease.in]. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
How to Initiate a Return
